1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Solingo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. License Grant

Solingo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

3. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or resell the App.
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App.
  • Use the App to transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.

4. Game Rules and Fairness

Solingo provides digital versions of classic card games (Bingo and Solitaire). While we strive to ensure fair gameplay and accurate game logic, we cannot guarantee:

  • Perfect randomization in all circumstances.
  • Absence of technical glitches or bugs.
  • Uninterrupted game sessions.
  • Preservation of game progress in all scenarios.

The computer opponent in Bingo uses algorithmic gameplay and does not involve real money or gambling.

5. No Gambling or Real Money

Solingo is a casual entertainment app. The App does not:

  • Involve real money wagering or gambling.
  • Offer prizes, rewards, or payouts of any kind.
  • Allow purchase of virtual currency or in-game items.
  • Facilitate gambling or betting activities.
  • Provide any cash value for game achievements.

All gameplay is for entertainment purposes only.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Non-infringement of third-party rights.
  • Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
  • Compatibility with all devices or operating systems.
  • Preservation of game data or scores.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solingo and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data, game progress, or saved settings.
  • Time spent using the App.
  • Device malfunction or damage.
  • Business interruption or lost productivity.
  • Frustration, disappointment, or emotional distress related to gameplay.

Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if applicable).

8. Updates and Modifications

We may release updates, patches, bug fixes, or new versions of the App. These updates may:

  • Be installed automatically depending on your device settings.
  • Modify game features, rules, or appearance.
  • Add or remove functionality.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any features at any time without notice or liability.

9. Privacy

Your use of Solingo is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our data collection and usage practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including but not limited to graphics, card designs, user interface elements, game logic, audio, and branding, is the property of Solingo and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content outside of normal App usage.

11. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with these terms. Upon termination, you must:

  • Immediately cease all use of the App.
  • Uninstall and delete all copies of the App from your devices.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for any reason.

12. Age Requirements

Solingo is intended for users of all ages. If you are under 13 years of age (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), you must obtain parental or guardian consent before using the App.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in your area.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Solingo regarding the App and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
